What’s the Topic on the Agenda?:
Setting the Foundations for the Future.
The Industry demographic has changed, the needs and values of our industry peer groups are becoming ever more complex and dynamic so as business and organisations how do we stay abreast, and more importantly ahead.
Studies are suggesting that young people will have between 12 and 15 jobs in their lifetime so how do you keep a hold of your talent? How do you keep them motivated and engaged with your business and your brand? How do you motivate them to take care of your customers in line with your values? How can you stay in tune to their needs and values as these develop and change with experience and over time, and how can you continue to drive their passion for the events world?
Join us for a strategy led lunch debate and discussion on what we should and need to be doing as industry leaders and leading businesses to establish foundations for young event professionals and the future leaders of the events industry, to maximise potential, ambition and business growth.
