Join us for part of #EventWell17 – the inaugural UK Event Wellbeing Week – and the first of our NEW complimentary to attend quarterly workshops on wellbeing and work/life balance.

The topic for our first – stress management and recognising the signs of a mental health illness.

This event is perfect for:

Managers and team leaders responsible for the wellbeing of their teams and employees, team members who would like to know what to look out for in their colleagues and peers, and event professionals interested in learning how they can take care of their own wellbeing and mental health.

The conversation will be:

During this workshop we will cover the differences between pressure and stress, recognising the early warnings signs of a mental health illness and useful coping mechanisms. We also explore how diet and nutrition can impact, support and improve stress and wellbeing.

Who is our ‘Workshop Host’:

Our host is our very own EWL Managing Director and #EventWell17 Co-Founder Helen Moon. Helen has worked in the events industry for 20 years and was herself diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in 2009, 20 years after her first episode and experience of the illness, and despite this has carved out a very successful career in the industry being recently cited as a top 100 mover and shaker, a top 60 event professional to follow, and a top 20 social media influencer. Helen will talk through recognising the key differences between pressure and stress, early warnings signs of mental illness and ways to take care of your wellbeing.

Helen will be joined by 4 Well People Founder Emily Fawell, a Nutritional Therapist who works with clients, usually on an individual basis, to identify and treat nutritional factors affecting their health and to help them improve their overall health and wellbeing.
