What happens when someone asks

So what do you do?

Does it have you babbling incoherently or rambling on?

You must communicate in language that people can understand and, more importantly, can remember.

WHAT IS IT THAT YOU DO FOR YOUR BEST CUSTOMER?

Use the following questions as an aide memoire:

– Who is your target audience?

– Which business pains do they have?

– How do you relieve that pain?

– What positive outcome do you leave them with?

For example:

At EWL we specialise in helping event professionals who are uncomfortable with traditional networking to generate the right introductions

Then use a real example to illustrate this.
